Procrastination – A malady.

This was my bachelor’s thesis final project, for which I graduated with distinction. This little book will give instructions on how to prevent humans from procrastinating too much. The purpose is to understand why people are likely to postpone urgent tasks and challenges that are highly important to their future and life. The booklet is designed in a flexible grid and layout, using abstract motives/symbols, that contribute to a sense of distraction in the reader. The piece is accompanied by a specially designed planner for the target group of procrastinators.
What’s unique is that it neither has days nor dates nor any structured guides that are usually requisite among planners. The intention is to enhance self contemplation and awareness of one’s procrastination. Organization for the target group is often an illusion. The planner in this book aims to motivate the procrastinator into taking active control of his own procrastination.
